We're hiring a Service Manager for PA's Largest Gravel Bike Shop, SweetWater Bikes located in Ambridge, PA northwest of Pittsburgh, PA. Home to the Whiskey Rebellion Gravel 200K, Western PA's Premier Event! You'll be part of one the longest running shops in Western PA, known for excellent service to cyclists everywhere. We carry some of the best brands for gravel & adventure. This job is perfect for positive, hard-working people who love cycling and love to share their passion. Especially for lead service mechanics that need a change or want to move up.
Benefits include:
- Hourly Pay Rate of $18.50-$22 depending on experience and certifications. If you are Shimano & SRAM certified, you'll receive higher pay.
- 3 weeks of paid time off plus 6-8 holidays depending on the calendar year
- Standard 5-day per week schedule. No Sundays. We are open year-round.
- Company-contribution to Highmark Medical Plans plus dental plans
