Giant of Centennial is hiring full-time production mechanics. You will be working at our fully equipped off-site service center. Integrity, attention to detail and consistent quality will be vital in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, inclusive and approachable workspace.
• Quickly and competently perform service.
• Assemble new bicycles when required.
• Include thorough notes in each work ticket and maintain meticulous communication with customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience working as a mechanic in a bicycle shop.
• Knowledge of general bicycle service, suspension service, E-bike diagnostic and repair, hydraulic brake service and wheelbuilding.
• Knowledge of componentry and parts compatability, including but not limited to drivetrains, wheels, brakes and suspension small parts.
• Willingness to learn new standards and practices relating to the repairs assigned to you.
• Year-round transportation to and from work, in any weather.
Hourly pay will be based on experience.
