Production Mechanic – Full-time salary position, weekend availability required.

West End Bikes PDX is an independent single location bicycle shop located in the heart of downtown Portland, Oregon.

Portland has long been known for it’s thriving cycling culture and infrastructure.

West End Bikes is looking for an experienced customer facing mechanic to join our team.

You will service a wide variety of bikes including premium road bikes, commuter bikes, and e-bikes.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, attention to detail, and the positive customer experience we offer.

• Current, experience as a bicycle mechanic in a retail environment.

• Ability and desire to learn new skills and techniques.

• A team player with a positive attitude.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.

• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.

• A passion for cycling.
