While we do not heavily moderate this space, we will take action including banning a person from all PBMA spaces and activities if and when needed.

Some general guidelines for using the PBMA Job Board
Be kind to your fellow human. Two strikes and you're out. We will not tolerate abuse to others in any form whatsoever and in todays technical age, we will do our best to ban you from all PBMA platforms.
If posting a job, provide details. The more details you provide the higher chance of success you'll find the right candidate sooner rather than later. Don't forget to include a good job description and location details!
If posting a job, it is helpful if you provide a pay range (be it hourly or salary).
If you are going to write something constructive, be sure to read it a few times before posting. Context or "attitude" are often lost in written context, refer to be kind to your fellow human if you have questions.
If you are seeking a job, you too should provide as much information as possible. A post saying you're a great mechanic and want a job is of little use to those hiring. What skills do you bring to the table, what certifications or training do you have, where are you located or are you willing to relocate.

Everyone is welcome here. You might have never worked on a bike or in a bike shop, you might have traveled the world working for teams, you might have 30-years of bike fixin' under your belt. You are welcome and each of you should welcome one another.
Please avoid foul language. Two strikes and you're out, really.

Any job posting referencing race, age, sex, political preference or religion will be deleted and the posting person or company banned from all PBMA platforms. The exception would be age mandatory jobs such as for insurance where there is a minimum age for someone such as a driver of a company vehicle.
